![]() ![]() Sales at these price levels are recorded as your best sale for each level in your notebook for items that are sold to normal customers when the market value is neutral. Over 115% is overpriced, selling items for this amount will decrease the market value for an item (temporarily). Anything under 90% of the base value is underpriced. The four main price levels would be underpriced, fairly priced, high priced, and overpriced. Once you have the Base Value, or something very close, you can calculate prices for a variety of customers and circumstances. The Base value for any crafted items is the value you paid to have it crafted, so the lowest level of potion is 125, training weapons have a base value of 1000, et cetera. The owner marks all of his merchandise up by 450%, so, all you have to do is divide his prices by 4.5 to get the base value for any item he sells. You can also compare prices at Le Retalier shop. This will give you a value very close to the Base value. If you have the Luxurious Sale box, multiply by 2. If you have the Average Sale box, divide by 3, then multiply by 5. ![]() If you have the Cheap Sale box, multiply the amount of money you got by 4 to get the Base Value for the item you placed in the box. The sale box items are sold quickly when a customer approaches the sale box, so don't engage in other activities if you are using this method. Put a single unit of one type of item in the sale box and pay close attention to the amount of cash that you get. Sell them one at a time if you are feeling cautious. Use the notebook! It has some values right in the list even if you have never sold anything, just start selling the items at the bottom and work your way up, increasing prices as you go.ĭon't try to overprice items, sell them for cheap and increase the price with each sale. More valuable items will be at the top / left and going down in value as you move right and down. Use the automatic sorting feature to sort by price or by culture. ![]()
